Hello, I’m Aya! The founder of Media Path Club. Originally from Japan, I’ve been working for a global performance marketing agency in London for several years. Through working with people from all over the world, I've realised that with the right skills, anyone can thrive regardless of cultural or language background.

 

I’ve also volunteered with organizations such as CodeYourFuture, Breadwinners, and Breaking Barriers where I’ve met many hardworking people who struggle to find meaningful career paths.

 

Inspired by their resilience and determination, I founded Media Path Club to empower refugees and disadvantaged individuals. My mission is to help them unlock opportunities in the digital media industry, fostering a more inclusive and diverse professional environment.
